The HVR-Z5 is a compact professional HDV camcorder designed to enhance creativity and deliver the highest standard of optical and audio quality. The camcorder features a new "G Lens" system, native progressive recording capabilities, high sensitivity for low-light conditions and other features designed for video production professionals.

Features

This model can be switched between PAL and NTSC:
1. Turn on the camera
2. Select Menu
3. Scroll down to 7th option & select "Others"
4. Under "Others" scroll down to 12th option & switch to the required format 60i or 50i
